CBI sent a broken universal rack. Have called a dozen times to no answer or call back. Would not recommend a 600 part as poorly made as this. Had high hopes and ultimately let the family down. Hopefully they try and right this horrible inconvenience.
Honestly pretty pissed and I feel lied to. I took my Nissan Frontier in to buy a Covert Bumper and have it installed as well as the Prinsu roof rack. Left the truck with them to have it installed over a weekend. Get it back and the bumper is crooked. They threw away my skid plate even though every picture of the bumper and the CBI website states that its compatible with the new bumper. And they lost my front license plate. Thought I was getting a measured, tested product. Disappointed with my Covert Bumper for the 2024 Toyota Tundra. Doesn’t align properly, doesn’t fit a standard winch without drilling new holes, and there is no explanation as to why they designed this so it only sits crooked. See pics where you can tell it sits crooked, and that’s the best fit I can get; no room as designed to even it out. When I posted a review, they just denied it and haven’t reached out. Loved finding this all out after the fact and during install.
Terrible customer service its sickening! I ordered the maxtrax universal mount and It was missing hardware! I call them and ask to send the hardware and they refused and are very rude after I have spent thousands of dollars with them on sliders skid plates etc. will never be ordering from them again and recommend you don’t either!
