My experience with CBI was remarkable. The staff was very knowledgeable and caring. They were very cheerful and helpful. I am very grateful for their care. I recommend their services to anyone. Thank you for your patience and your kindness.
The wait time is always too long despite having an appointment. An hour easy maybe two. Terrible.
I never write bad reviews as I could care less usually but I need to warn people.. I would leave zero stars if possible. The wait time is out of control to the point that I wanted to book an appt for first appointment of the morning and it was booked up until a month from today to get the first spot. Should they not see that as a sign that maybe they are doing something wrong??
You guys have zero skills with running a clinic all staff extremely lazy can’t even pick up a phone call
1 hour wait every time you go In minimum. If your an hour behind after being open for 2 hours your probably booking your appointments too close together
