Absolutely appalling. Psws don’t show up. They arrive extremely late. They leave before their allotted time. Meanwhile family are expected to fill in the gaps. It’s been 3 days since we started services with them and we’ve had issues every single day. Disgusting

I am only giving 1 star because I can't post a review without it otherwise I would give -1000 as a rating. Absolutely the worst organization to deal with. The PSWs are supposed to follow a schedule but instead show up whenever they feel like it. Some are actually great to deal with but the majority have been rude, unhelpful and down right insensitive. Direction of things current state and things to come.... Don't show up, show up late, don't do anything when they arrive! Absolutely horrible all around
