They seemed okay. They're pretty good at their job I thought, unfortunately, even though it was out of hand Me yelling and storming out because of the amount of stress and anxiety that was building up in his return to work program for pain management and medication resulted in them Just giving up on me and kicking me out right near the end of my program. I recommend Ronald Chiu highly. He worked on my shoulder for 4 months with needles and I am 100% better now.
Staff is nice, but the building is not wheelchair friendly. There is a large grassy strip between the street and sidewalk and so easy access to the sidewalk unless you go all the way to the end of the block. The main building has a small button right at the door to auto open it, and their office doesn't have a button at all.
Ronald has been incredibly helpful with my neck and shoulder pain. He’s not only knowledgeable and professional, but also truly kind and caring.
