We can never get through on the phone without having to wait a minimum of 2 hours up to 5 hours to speak to an agent. This is unexpectable for a business of any kind whether through a government funded program or not.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. This company is grossly mismanaged, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy. The treatment I received in Ottawa after my car accident was appalling from start to finish. After sustaining serious injuries including a concussion, neck, back, and shoulder injuries, as well as a blood clot in my arm, this clinic’s “treatment plan” was not only ineffective but made my condition worse. Hamilton CBI Management & Supervisor work for the welfare of their company & not for their clients! Poor customer service & doesn't resolve clients issues ! Dont entrust your families to CBI ! Very poor management !
