Have been going to CBI Health foot clinic (HEWAK) in Dundas for years for foot care and have received nothing but exceptional care+ treatment. Recently I had something embedded in my foot and being diabetic did not want it to get infected. Nalini the receptionist booked me in the same day with Kirsten(D.Ch) and she removed a small piece of metal from my foot. Fantastic experience at this chiropodist. I had a bad foot infection, and after going to another chiropodist twice, I wasn’t satisfied with the results. I came here and she stayed late for my procedure and got me in right away. The procedure was so successful and I can’t thank her enough.
Received excellent service at the clinic. I needed new orthotics for my plantar fasciitis. Nalini at reception was very welcoming and explained the services as well as how to submit the claim to my insurance. After a check up by Dr. Kristen Weller-Ainsworth and Katrina Lammers the orthotics were ordered. When I went to pick them up they checked that they fit properly and Katrina fitted them into my shoes and confirmed they were comfortable. The staff at CBI are beyond compassionate and worked wonders to accommodate my needs. I'm extremely pleased with the care I received and looking forward to any future visits. This is by far the best place to go! Thank you again to the amazing staff.
