Great support and very friendly staff.
This is my simple observation. I am a retired corporate analyst for a American company. Due to my backpain i was visited this place . Love this clinic. Super clean. Everyone is so professional and friendly. Physiotherapist Alisha Britto and Daniel are exceptionally professional. Amazing service. Was treated poorly at my first visit. The receptionist had called in sick (totally OK), however the staff treated me like I was a bother that I didn’t know the procedure to check in. Appointment began over 15 minutes late and was then rushed for my assessment. Payment was a struggle to process adding more unnecessary time. I’ve asked to be removed from the follow up list after providing my feedback and am still being called.
The physio team is top notch. They push you and encourage you to the point of not wanting to heal just so you can come back next week. I came in through a wisb injury and they got me better than working order. Alisha and Daniel are very attentive and caring people but will keep you on track. If I get injured again (heres hopin I wont) I know where I can go for great care.
