The staff are so friendly and helpful. Even gave me some advice and exercises, If I ever need physiotherapy again, they are my first choice. Thanks again Greg and everyone.
CBI Danforth had been my second home for 9 months. The whole team is very professional and friendly. Thank you for all your effort and support during my hard time.
Called for answers to some physiotherapy questions I had. The woman on the phone not only did not answer my questions but also rattled off information I didn't really need -- customer service at its worst. She was also very rude. I'm never going there for physio and will discourage anyone thinking of it. I don't know where these people are trained in customer service!
I was assigned Prithinkkraa as my RT. Over the course of the three months with her I felt safe and heard. She was one of kindest souls I have ever met. In addition to this, CBI was incredibly respectful and diligent with the logistics of scheduling and cancelling appoinments. Thank you Prithi and CBI Health, this experience was life changing!
