The staff are so friendly and helpful. Even gave me some advice and exercises, If I ever need physiotherapy again, they are my first choice. Thanks again Greg and everyone.
CBI Danforth had been my second home for 9 months. The whole team is very professional and friendly. Thank you for all your effort and support during my hard time.
Called for answers to some physiotherapy questions I had. The woman on the phone not only did not answer my questions but also rattled off information I didn't really need -- customer service at its worst. She was also very rude. I'm never going there for physio and will discourage anyone thinking of it. I don't know where these people are trained in customer service!
