CBI Danforth had been my second home for 9 months. The whole team is very professional and friendly. Thank you for all your effort and support during my hard time.
Called for answers to some physiotherapy questions I had. The woman on the phone not only did not answer my questions but also rattled off information I didn't really need -- customer service at its worst. She was also very rude. I'm never going there for physio and will discourage anyone thinking of it. I don't know where these people are trained in customer service!
I was assigned Prithinkkraa as my RT. Over the course of the three months with her I felt safe and heard. She was one of kindest souls I have ever met. In addition to this, CBI was incredibly respectful and diligent with the logistics of scheduling and cancelling appoinments. Thank you Prithi and CBI Health, this experience was life changing!
My visits to the CBI clinic on Danforth with Greg Hewitt and the staff was really great I was in pain from car accident and I thought I will never recover. Staff at CBI Danforth are wonderful. I was fortunate enough to have a whole team of support - Prithinkkraa for occupational therapy, Greg for physiotherapy, Kiana for overall kinesiology-based recovery work, and Abhi for all my questions and scheduling and billing needs. They're all very professional and also very thoughtful.
