The team at CBI Health are amazing! I started seeing them over a year ago due to an elbow dislocation and it was apparent that I was recovering my range of motion at a very slow rate. They never made me feel like I wasn’t doing enough, they reassured me that elbows are difficult joints to bounce back from, and they worked on implementing different exercises and methods of stretching that best suited my specific needs.
