Zero star rating....Was at CBI Health Sun Park location. Was Scheduled for a Private Medical Exam with Dr. Mofoluwaso Abolarin that works as a Medical Consultant. First off he was an Hour late for my appointment. Came walking into office and grabbed his appointment sheet off the front desk completely ignoring the receptionist say good morning. Joining the WCB back to work program is scary but the staff at CBI Health go out of their way to be there for you. I’ve learned techniques and things about my health that I’ll keep with me forever from their knowledgeable and empathetic staff. Thanks for being a positive voice during a dark time!
I've been going to physio here after dealing with whiplash. Lee is amazing, he's so friendly and I always leave feeling so much better AND he gives me simple exercises that really help. I also love that he emails the exercises to make sure I'm really clear on what I should be doing. He always takes the time to explain the different modalities available and how they can help. I really appreciate how he explained needling, walked me through it, and let me make an informed decision.
I was enrolled in the WCB return-to-work program at CBI Physiotherapy Sunpark, and my experience has been quite disappointing. I was supposed to receive physiotherapy once a week, but they never mentioned or arranged it. It was only during the process of completing my review about my experience that they realized this oversight. After six weeks, they rushed to send someone to provide the physiotherapy.
