O stars. Regular psw called in sick and another psw came. The psw giving catheter care..had to "call" someone to tell her how to do it. My grandmother got hospitalized 2 days later for a UTI..kidneys are now failing. This is the main concern amidst other patient care errors that visit I will be filing. I gave resign after two weeks because of scheduling during the interview I gave weekdays schedule but they gave me just only weekends when I requested for weekdays they said you have to do work only weekends we can’t give you weekdays work but my every weekend was busy I gave them another weekend I requested I have baby I have to take care baby and my husband has weekend job I need just another weekend work but they talked with me very rudely they said we don’t care about your baby just have to adjust what you can do we can’... read more
Some PSW's doesnt even know how to properly change diapers(briefs). And mostly of them they are always in a hurry, no even fix the bed, they dont even put the used clothes in the laundry basket and they dont even dry the washroom after use. And some of them talking on their phone while working
Only a few PSWs have been satisfactory. Some have been incompetent. One has been excellent; her name is Rose. Also, I just got off an online chat with someone called Momtahina. I made a polite request regarding scheduling. She abruptly ended the chat, and when I reconnected, she again ended the chat abruptly without answering my question.
