My Experience with CBI Health I’ve had a great experience with CDI Health. The front desk staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. Andrew, the physiotherapist, was very knowledgeable and provided excellent care for both my lower and upper back issues. His expertise and approach made a noticeable difference in my recovery. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional and compassionate care.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service provided by your team/company. The level of care and professionalism we experienced was far below what we expected and what should be standard in your line of work. Specifically, we encountered the following issues: - The PSW was supposed to arrive at 1:00 pm, but decided to show up at 11:50 am unannounced until at the front door. If I could give this company a big fat 0 I definitely would. Terrible company and the Psw's are not reliable. Avoid this company at all costs

RUN and HIDE. This company is horrible. They truly do NOT care for you as a client. The office changes schedules and never tells you anything. The staff are ignorant. The management are equaly as bad. It always starts at the top. This company gets its funding from the province aka YOUR tax dollars. If you have anyone who is referred to them by Ontario Health at Home, tell them NOT to truth these absolute degenerates. We have removed ourselves and decided to switch out to Bayshore.
