This place is absolutely poorly ran/organized. Information is not documented properly. Nurses don't show up or don't follow instructions and just leave. The last thing you need when recovering from a MAJOR surgery is stressing about your care and well being because the care you are receiving is so unreliable and unorganized. Proper care is all I am wanting. I am really disappointed with the service recently provided for me. I requested to have the same person assisting me with my shower four weeks ago and I have been sent 4 different people since then. I am tired of explaining to the people that come. The quality of care is not their priority , they just want to get it done as fast as possible. I know there are many people to look after but we are still entitled to the best care possible.

Worst Home Care Experience Ever – AHS Needs to Investigate CBI Health Immediately If I could give zero stars, I would. CBI Home Health has been an absolute nightmare. They constantly show up late and leave early. My mother depends on proper care, and these workers clearly aren’t trained or equipped to handle basic needs. They are very unreliable. The staff are wonderful, but it is not managed properly After staff come, regardless of the hours, management will call to confirm that their staff indeed came. Apparently, they don’t trust the people they send into our homes Use a GPS not your clients to do your work for you. We are not on your payroll
