I talked to two different counsellors there to help me get back into the swing of things for returning back to work after being off for nine months my psychotherapist and my occupational therapist were both wonderful understanding very easy to talk to and gave me so many helpful skills and positive reinforcement to give me that confidence and to help me be comfortable, returning back to work. Staff very friendly.
The entire staff at CBI Whitby is wonderful. It's been tough work, but the entire staff are so nice, patient and acommadating. The admin (Hanna , Nicole) are great with scheduling and any issues that arise. I've had some major health issues to deal with, and the in clinic therapists I've worked with - Sam (kinesiology) and Alisha (physio) have helped greatly and are very good ( along with the other therapists there. The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been coming here the past few weeks to rehabilitate my sprain. Isha & Sam have been so so helpful in helping me alleviate pain and rebuild strength. I highly recommend this clinic!
Ferial has been a wonderful support for my mom after her MVA. She is compassionate, understanding, and provides excellent care. My mom has made great progress with her help, and we are very grateful for her support.
