CBI Health helped me through the recovery of an injury that happen Ed to a previous injury from 2023. From the receptionist to the physiotherapist work are skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a shoulder replacement at the end of January and started physio 4 weeks later. I qualified for a bundle support from ohip as I had major surgery. This includes 6 appts with the physiotherapist and 6 appts with the kinesiologist over a 12 week period. I can say that all staff, including receptionist were lovely to deal with. I recieved my 12 week appt. schedule right away and have no complaints. They worked me hard and sent me home with daily exercises.
