I have been going to this clinic for a few months now due to knee and back pain and Duncan has helped me so much! I had a difficult schedule that he always accommodated to. He also created a fitness program for me that has allowed me to move on from physio and start rehabilitation at home for my pain. I am incredibly grateful for all he has helped me with!
I am seeing Kalie for a shoulder injury and she is outstanding. I have had physio many times before and always dreaded it but this was a different experience. She is professional, thorough and explains everything. When giving me the exercises to be done at home she made sure that I knew how much pain was okay and how to adjust if pain was above that level.
