Roles of PSW can be very challenging, howerver, CBI is not organized at all. Since I got this service for 2 family members in the same living location, I had nothing but stress. I really need the help due to work, I keep getting interrupted at work with phone calls from CBI as they are constantly changing psw's. I have constantly had a different psw each day, Only a minority of pws's are caring and do their job properly. They send new poorly trained staff who need constant supervision and instruction daily who are quite argumentative when ask to do things according to my routine. There is no condistency and mdmt dont care about client requests or concerns.
