The most incompetent company in healthcare I have ever come across. Always telling us sorry we can’t find someone to come. Sick of not hearing back after countless phone calls. Negative 10 stars if I could. Always sending new people who are not trained for the lift or is not authorized when there has been 2 training sessions in which they don’t send any of those psw’s that attended those sessions. Awesome place
Terrible phone system. No one answers the phone. When you call to cancel. I feel this should be under investigation by the government or who ever covers these agencies. They fix it for a while then go back to previous terrible services.
Liking a new people and every day new people PSW is coming into my home. I’m used to certain people continue sending them or don’t have me on your service.
