This place is absolutely amazing. I’ll start with Mitchel he was not only super friendly but was very much hands on making sure you were doing your workouts properly. He was very understanding when bad days occurred and Nvr pushed me too far. He didn’t just throw a piece of paper in front of me and say do these. He did them with me showing me step by step on how to do the exercises.
