I’m super angry with this incredibly incompetent service. My grandmother was referred to them for home care as she suffers from dementia. They’re consistently late or too early with no communication. There’s no quality to their workers in terms of care (not checking care plan) and we’ve had several items that were stolen from the home. When asked about the stolen items, we were brushed off. I wish I didn’t feel the need to warn others about the experiences my family and I had with this organization, but I believe it’s important for people to know before accepting services. The level of disorganization and neglect in properly reviewing patient files can put loved ones at serious risk. If I could give zero stars I would. My moms wonderful primary caregiver for the last 4years had a family emergency out of country. We expected the usual scheduling nightmares with CBI during that time. No shows, new people that dont read the careplan, showing up at wrong time etc. We accepted having to call almost everyday to deal with that. Now that her regular caregiver is back she is supposed to be scheduled as per the care plan implemented with her AHS case manager. The biggest issue is the scheduling staff who never bot... read more
