If I could give zero stars I would. My moms wonderful primary caregiver for the last 4years had a family emergency out of country. We expected the usual scheduling nightmares with CBI during that time. No shows, new people that dont read the careplan, showing up at wrong time etc. We accepted having to call almost everyday to deal with that. Now that her regular caregiver is back she is supposed to be scheduled as per the care plan implemented with her AHS case manager. I have been out of the hospital for a little bit now, I am unable to go down my own stairs, and these people refuse to help me. They offer me a sponge bath and leave unless I ask otherwise, when I ask for help with something they do a pretty shitty job with it. They sit on their phone outside in their car, when they are supposed to be coming in and taking care of me. I asked for help with my dishes and the lady that helped me completely ruined my dishes!
