Steve N. was fantastic!! I am a 67 yr old woman and I brought my daughter in with me because we had a horrible experience just trying to open me an account at the bank. We turned around and walked out and so she said let’s try this one, they have good reviews, so we did. From the time we walked in everyone was so nice and friendly and Steve N. who helped us open up my account explained everything and answered all of our questions completely. I can’t thank him enough!!!! 😁
Steve Nichols has helped me on a number of occasions, but never so much as he did recently when I called him to see if a CBI employee in Moline had changed my address and ordered me new checks. He hadn't. Steve, cheerful as usual, performed those actions immediately AND called me the next day to check which phone number I wanted for SURE. He's the model employee, and though I no longer live in Iowa, he's MY go--to banker.

Gabby and her staff at the East Kimberly branch provide some of the best customer service I have received anywhere. Everyone at this branch is friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond and I would highly recommend this branch to anyone but especially business owners!
