front desk receptionist should know what to collect for co-pay. i was asked to pay for pcp visit, then got billed for specialist visit. such an inconvenience!
Care more about quantity of patients seen in a day, than in quality of services provided.
Too impersonal. The place feels like you are being ran through it without taking time to really get to know their patients. It is really hard to find someone who will listen. Every appointment is strictly limited.
