A close relative of mine is a patient at this IOP. She is having a very good experience; when she needed a medication change, the team was very responsive, not only to her, but to her concerned family members.
Terrible Nami support group. I have been part of this group for 2 years. I have time and time again witnessed how certain individuals are given preferential treatment. They are allowed to dominate the entire group, intercede whenever they want, without consideration for others in the group. While others are usually muted, and if briefly referred to quickly cut short. I finally had enough tonight and left the group. I guess I will look for another group that values all their members and not just a select few.
