Getting me to move away from Qwest, to anyone, was significant. Our business is totally driven by incoming calls. Cbeyond was not offering a price advantage so on the surface there was absolutely no reason to move. I am so happy I did. The salesperson is an absolute delight. He was very knowledgeable and very patient. I am basically technology illiterate. We have never had a problem with our phone service, the mobile service has a wide coverage, which we did not have with A T&T, in fact when we complained about the lack of coverage for my boss at the ranch they suggested he move further west toward town, which if the customer person I was talking to hadnt been so serious, would have been funny, but she didnt even understand how dumb that remark was, obviously he is not sell his ranch because they couldnt cover that area.
