This business is a good place to get your foot in the door, but the manager(s) run the place into the ground. If you have ANY idea that's different from them, they will fire you without hearing your side. Ashley (which is a manager) is VERY 1 sided (and if you are not in HER click) and has to be her way even in a toxic workplace that she makes the employees under work in, or she lies to you and then fires.
DO NOT work in the invoicing department. Chelsea Boynton was a lead now she is a supervisor and the way she talks to people is ridiculous. She tries to be involved with everything and what everyone has going on. You ask for assistance with something and her attitude is nasty and she talks about people while they are in the room. Started off as a good place to work then went down hill pretty quick. Its a stepping stone work place to get your foot in somewhere else. Manager was horrible, always watching people on cameras and plays favorites while others have no clue what's going on
