Booked online and received confirmation via email and text. Replied to text message to confirm. Showed up on time to discover the office was permanently closed and the lease had been given up. Spoke to owner on the phone to be told there were website glitches and she had no record of the appointment. I'm pretty sure this business isn't operating any more based on speaking to a tenant in the office building, and if it is then you'd be advised to find a company that operates more efficiently and is able to keep appointments.
