We went in on Thursday and bought a new glass bowl for my whomp it bong and not even 2 days later the bowl gets stuck in the stem and shatters after barely applying any force. We come in they refuse to give us a refund and barely even a discount. I am incredibly frustrated with this and I will not be returning.
I normally come here for my gummies, new guy i’ve never seen before was asleep when i walked into store. I shouted hello multiple times then decided to touch his foot (he had his shoes off as well) and wake him up. the first thing he said wasn’t a sorry or anything. he said “you could’ve said hello” Which i did… multiple times. He didn’t even take accountability for being asleep on the job he tried to play it off like he was watching something on his ipad. Rude and inappropriate.
My brother and I went here 3 weeks ago and were blown away. Seth was amazing. Answered all our questions, was patient, provided a little education, and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely be back.
I never had problem with them until today came in to buy like normal told me i cannot pay with debit card unless i had some type of membership card usually they pull me up with a phone number which i was never issue. Completely wasted my time heading there to be turned down
