I never had problem with them until today came in to buy like normal told me i cannot pay with debit card unless i had some type of membership card usually they pull me up with a phone number which i was never issue. Completely wasted my time heading there to be turned down
The gentleman Benjamin had phenomenal customer service. Wasnt sure which product would best help with my situation, and he helped me find exactly what I needed. He also was very patient as well because I didnt know much about the product. But he's very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing clearly. 10/10 would recommend.
3 times I have gone and their internet is not working so cannot make a sale. Even paying with cash. I have walked in 15 minutes before close time and was told cannot purchase anything as they had already closed the register. No apologies, just stating they closed the register early. I am a frequent customer and will begin going to the Richardson location now as I have no dependency on this store. There is no resolution management.
Came on Saturday August 16, 2025 at 2:02 PM and door claims open Monday through Saturday 10 AM till 9 PM… Open sign is glowing… I rang doorbell 3 times and stayed till 2:10 PM and still no one showed up. Please update your hours on google… Update: 3 people have been to the store so far and tried the door and left disappointed. It’s only 2:16 PM
