I normally come here for my gummies, new guy i’ve never seen before was asleep when i walked into store. I shouted hello multiple times then decided to touch his foot (he had his shoes off as well) and wake him up. the first thing he said wasn’t a sorry or anything. he said “you could’ve said hello” Which i did… multiple times. He didn’t even take accountability for being asleep on the job he tried to play it off like he was watching something on his ipad. Rude and inappropriate.
My brother and I went here 3 weeks ago and were blown away. Seth was amazing. Answered all our questions, was patient, provided a little education, and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely be back.
I never had problem with them until today came in to buy like normal told me i cannot pay with debit card unless i had some type of membership card usually they pull me up with a phone number which i was never issue. Completely wasted my time heading there to be turned down
The gentleman Benjamin had phenomenal customer service. Wasnt sure which product would best help with my situation, and he helped me find exactly what I needed. He also was very patient as well because I didnt know much about the product. But he's very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing clearly. 10/10 would recommend.
3 times I have gone and their internet is not working so cannot make a sale. Even paying with cash. I have walked in 15 minutes before close time and was told cannot purchase anything as they had already closed the register. No apologies, just stating they closed the register early. I am a frequent customer and will begin going to the Richardson location now as I have no dependency on this store. There is no resolution management.
