One bedroom Apartment very good also Location good….BUT… I actually phoned CBD Apartments to speak with them re room and views as that is important to us, I was told that our room had River Views and the website does show that…..the manager did admit the website is years old and there is now an 8 story Hotel built some years ago in front of CBD Apartments so if you enjoy views of a Carpark and rubbish bins…this is the Hotel for you. Very disappointed after actually phoning the Hotel myself.

This will definitely be our place to stay when we come to Rockhampton. We stayed here over the Easter weekend and we were blown out from the sheer size of the room for the price. Staff were lovely and helpful. The aircon does turn off if all doors aren’t shut and takes at least 5 minutes to turn back on. There isn’t a lot of car parks but it is very secure car park. Overall very happy and definitely recommended.

Stayed 3 nights and had high expectations as I’d read great reviews. Wasn’t terrible but wasn’t great for the $$. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Restaurant food is ridiculously overpriced & food was sub par. Coffee on the other hand was phenomenal. Room is adequately equipped but don’t expect a decent shower if you stay in a suite. Standing in the rain would have been more effective. Water from the shower covers half the bathroom floor which is slippery. Stayed a night in Rocky and work put me up here - had an excellent nights sleep and staff were so friendly and helpful! Room was huge and very clean and tidy - comfy bed and quiet location. Spa bath was a bit of luxury! Would highly recommend this hotel even though it’s a 5 min walk to restaurants/city centre, which is not so bad in October, but it would be a hot walk in the next few months!
