My experience of this place is above and beyond most vape shops. Brenda is really friendly and knowledgeable and never steers me wrong. I go out of my way to come here.
Let me just say the lady with the glasses and the long braid is ruining the storage reputation. Terrible customer service, older lady just plain rude, I asked for .5 mg juice and she rolled her eyes like she definitely didn't want to be there and asked me " .5 what?" I explained to her exactly what I was looking for and she just turned around and got back on her phone ignoring me until I left, how do these people do and kind of business?
I was excited to check this place out. Walked in and an older lady was on speaker phone. She didn't greet me at all. I looked around and she just followed me continuong her conversation loudly about leaving her bedroom furniture to the person on the other end of the phone. When I went to leave she asked "you didn't find what you're looking for?" No I did not. It looked like they may have had decent product, but the poor customer service was enough to know I was unwelcomed.
