Long time customer. Quaility lately is trash, I get the same strain consistently so I know what it looks like and what it taste like. And the green horned Maeng da lately has been a dirty brown and the the taste is way off to the point where I don’t even think is green horned, tired of not being able to see in the bag to gauge freshness . This place has the worst manager I have ever seen. His name is Chase. He was constantly lying and made all of his employees work at night. I always wondered why I never saw him after 3pm. Their products are overpriced and suck. Chase was always shaky like nervous or tweaking when i would see him. I bought a kratom drink one day from him and I was like you ok? Went in today with 0 knowledge of the product sold here and Bek completely changed that for me. Super knowledgeable and friendly while maintaining store flow! She deserves any and all recognition
