I love our custom door. Ordering and communicating at first was good. Follow up to when my order would arrive was absent, but I finally got a delivery and installation date. Installer was terrific. But CBC dropped the ball afterwards. The interior handle is hidden behind the wall and I wasn't told that I'd have to squish my hand to open it. CBC corrected it by charging me for the additional handle. Ok, my fault I guess but it would've been nice to know this when I was at the showroom. So drove to this address as I was referred here by a company that couldn't help me. Got here and building is empty. Called the phone number and just got a voice message. Does anyone know if this business still exists? If not it shouldn't be on here with pictures and reviews. To the owner.....you should take this down if you're not in business anymore
Kari was patient throughout the process and delivered a great product. This door is solid and obviously well put together. It puts the door my homebuilder was going to install to shame
Had the best experience working this Kari the owner of this company . I needed a barn door quickly and she was able to accommodate me , get one paint sprayed to the colour I needed and delivered to my door super quick. This lady is very easy to get along with and friendly too . Really great customer service . The door is of an excellent quality and looks so good up in one of my bedrooms . Beautiful woodwork and custom doors. We had one built for a sliding barn door for our small master bath about 6 years ago. We love it so much we asked them to build larger closet doors for the same room and he matched the wood and stain perfectly. Not only that, his prices for hand-made doors were cheaper than the online big-business quotes we received!
