They call you to confirm delivery as little as 16 hours before delivery and say to call to reschedule but when you call to explain you will be at work, they say you can’t reschedule because the truck is loaded 24 hours before delivery :/ hmmmm…… so $20,000 worth of cabinets get left on the street outside or you call in ‘sick’ I guess. This company has handled all my deliveries for Living Spaces orders. They don’t communicate, are never on time and throw your boxes right at your door blocking it and won’t help you even get it out of the way. Then you try to call their company for assistance and they are rude and unhelpful. I still have one shipment where they didn’t come within the delivery window and called me to say they needed to reschedule and I’d receive a call and it’s been 10 days and still nothing. I had a very seamless experience with this company. All communication was over email and text which I prefer since I cannot answer my phone at work. I did not have any need to call them, but every communication I received provided a phone number if I wanted to talk to someone. The guys that delivered our living room set were efficient and personable without being overly chatty. I would use this company again and did not have the negative experience noted in some reviews.

CBC Moving provided great communication, was very courteous, on-time and careful with the Murphy Bed that we ordered - came in 4 boxes and all were in perfect condition. In and out in 10m - couldn't have been any better.
