Ashley was extremely helpful in taking care of my banking needs, I have been with Ocean for almost 8 years now and am very happy with the service.
The in person & in real life staff are great. It’s the technology isn’t fully integrated across the board so the front desk, the management, corporate or “upstairs “ as I was told would all have different phone numbers & emails making it so frustrating that I’m grateful for the tellers working the counter.
I had a great experience today. Mary was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Mary was able to guide me through everything and inform me everything that could possibly help me with my new account. Mary treated me with dignity and respect which I appreciate Oceanair Federal Credit Union for having her.
