Brenda in Customer Service went above and Beyond. I called for a password reset and ended up with a change in my account. Brenda was extremely knowledgeable in Ocean Aire's products and did an excellent job in selling me in placing a good portion of my money in a 1 Year Term share certificate. Thus, giving me a higher % return rate. I appreciate all the wonderful advice.
