Becky is incredibly helpful and nice. She takes her job seriously and we are very pleased with the results. It's not an easy job but she remains very friendly and pleasant.

CBC Credit Service is fine, it has a few rough spots but works. I had recently gotten a bill from here and need to pay off, and it was during the Corona Crisis. I was still able to get service via Email and Phone. They helped get my due paid and satisfied and a reminder to be patient, they are not a scam.
