Went a few months ago for brow lamination/wax and lash lift and tint. I completely understand they are students and was not expecting a perfect job. However my eyebrows were completely ruined and they didn’t listen to me. I had asked specifically if the brow lamination includes a wax and that I’d like a wax. She said “I think it does, yeah it does.” It wasn’t until after she did the lamination do I realize she never waxed?
