Worse bank ever. I am very disappointed with my experience with Bank of America. The customer service was not helpful, the communication was poor, and the process was frustrating. I expected much better support from such a large financial institution. This situation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I hope Bank of America takes customer concerns more seriously and improves the way they handle customer service issues.
