Went here to cash some checks that I received from my employer, and after I walked through the door they had someone checking your temperature for covid. I've been a lot of places in Los Angeles during this pandemic, as a GC, and not once has someone checked my temperature. As I'm waiting to get my checks cashed the lady told me to sit down, and wait. This bank is racist. I called about opening up a savings account with a safe deposit box over the phone, and a lady named Teresa said they had one available and I could rent it out. I go to the physical branch and the moment I step in I feel unwelcome. I let them know I called earlier to set up an account, and the lady that helped me set up an account was looking for any reason to deny me.
