I booked an appointment months ago at the Ottawa location, they changed the date, not hours, to add someone in my place and gave me the following day. I was disappointed, so, they changed it 2 more times (by text message/emails, sometimes they replied or not) No, this is unprofessional and I do not deal with people like this. Unacceptable. This is what they do to clients that drive hours and encourage students at this location. Thank you, I know what you think of loyalty.
