Prompt service in the middle of summer! Got the call from the renter at 10:30 at night, reached out to Belinda Dickard and she had someone out the next day! They gave us options on units and once we decided they had us scheduled to change out the old one and install the new one on the very next day again. The guys, Joe & Kevin, made sure everything was up and running properly and even came back the next day to check on it. CBA/C staff is very professional and we’re very prompt in answering questions we had. The system we bought is very nice. We have only had it for a week but it works very well. It’s a 23 SER system that monitors it self. So far so good with the system. We had a small start up problem but they quickly resolved the issue. CBAC AND HEAT is amazing! My house was hit by lightning and fried both of my HVAC systems, they came out the same day I called to check and diagnose every broken part in my system. Due to the damage it was an insurance claim and they helped fight against the insurance company every step of the way. Kaleb was amazing, every time the insurance company asked for more paperwork and proof of damage he came through with the quickness and gave me all the ammo I needed to refute the their shady claims.
