I brought my 9-year old daughter to get her ears pierced. We originally went to a big mall chain store to have them pierced several years ago and her ears got all infected and we decided to take them out. Today we went to visit Chuck. He walked us through the whole process start to finish. He took his time to explain what he was doing and checked in with my daughter every step of the way. Will definitely be a repeat customer!! Chuck was super kind, informative, patient and great conversationalist. He explained the progress, healing time and care, etc. We had a friendly conversation the entire time and he pierced my helix quick with zero issues. I would highly recommend him!

We took our 10 year old to get her ears pierced. Chuck was awesome and fun. Very engaged and carefully explained everything happening in a way she easily understood, without being condescending. He stopped before doing the first ear to make sure she was okay, then paused and made sure she was okay for the second. Very clean and friendly space. Great jewelry selection, fairly priced. Highly recommend.
