The Commonwealth Bank is the worst in Australia; here's why! I had an account with $0 balance, which I couldn't use. However, someone managed to withdraw $385 twice, and despite reporting it, they claimed it was gone. When I called, they left me on hold, unanswered, and suggested messaging, only to tell me to call when I messaged. The account with $0 balance is now at $835, charging $11 each time.
