Comm Bank turned off my account and got rid off it from the app because my tax number wasn’t in there. They didn’t tell me it needed to be there when I signed up. I got no phone call. No letter. Just my account frozen and left stranded with no money. I recommend getting all your money out of comm bank.
Staffs are friendly and I met Vance who assisted me and my partner for the term of deposit, he’s really friendly and assist us well and fast processes due to any document needed. Totally recommend him !!!
