The salesperson (young girls) didn’t show much warmth or professionalism. I purchased a throw blanket on sale in-store and was not informed at the time of purchase that it would be non-returnable. When I later contacted the store to request a return, whether for a refund or store credit, I was told No, that it could not be processed in their system. Their response felt very dismissive, and I did not feel supported as a customer.

Curbside pickup is falsely advertised for this location. I bought the item and had it shipped with the promise “ Upon arrival, you call or text the store-specific number provided in your confirmation, and an associate will bring the items out to your car ” It has inner city street parking with no dedicated pickup area. I am older. I struggled to walk my heavy items to my car. One of the staff members wheeled the items to the door. She left. I had to struggle to open the door with my heavy awkward boxed item. We worked with Abby and Kelly to make a few furniture purchases. We ended up exchanging one purchase of chairs for a different type, and also ordered an additional sofa to work with our living room. Just wanted to say both Abby and Kelly were super kind and professional to work with. Thank you!
