I ordered a chip and dip set from a bridal registry and since the wedding is a few months away, I chose to ship it to my address and present it later. I’m glad I did because the platter was shoddily wrapped and thus arrived broken. Long post but please read! This store had the most wonderful customer service when it first opened, it sucks now. The most rude and condescending employees, I won’t name her here but that one girl specifically. I ordered an almost 800 dollar end table into the store, which when I went to pick up she behaved like I had asked her for her kidneys!!! Horrible Customer Service at the Scottsdale Quarter! Avoid and just go to Crate & Barrel instead!!
Customer service is very poor. Staff did not greet me or ask if I needed help. Felt unwelcome so my husband and I immediately left. Do not recommend.
