Extremely disappointing. Here’s a picture of how their products hold up to mild use. They did not honor their warranty and asked me to buy replacement inserts from Amazon. I asked to speak to a manager, they directed me to a chat bot.
Excellent furniture products. Staff at this location did not greet us nor did they offer to help today.
Pay attention to the negative reviews. Avoid this store and never order anything from here. We placed an order in December and our delivery ETA keeps increasing. It is mid April now from mid Feb. These people don’t even check the reviews, but do not order from here. Horrible customer service as others have said as well
I returned items by mail, had to pay insane price for shipping back. Item tracked as delivered, never received credit back to my account and it is impossible to get ahold of anyone in customer service. CB2 seems to have a history of theft from customers.
