Worst customer experience. When I said I only need one cup, both the woman and the man’s face turned blue and treated me like a broke. It says the cup has 3 left in store, but the woman went and told me there is none left. I doubt if she checked at all or she just does not want to sell it to me since I only need one

I have never left a bad review in my life until now. I carried a 50 pound box up three flights of stairs to return items to this location after CB2 customer service told me to do so. The other option was to mail the items back for $35 out-of-pocket. I drove from Los Angeles to return the items - Daniel very aggressively said: “well it really affects our store’s business to accept a big return like this.” I felt like a child being reprimanded for doing something correctly? Let me start by saying in store service was great. I purchased my items and charged out. The sales lady said the items would be heavy so she suggested curbside pickup. I called FOUR times and waited 35 MINUTES for curbside pickup. How is this possible when I was in the store just an hour ago with all of the items packaged and ready to go? Terrible service. Each time I called the person said they would check on it. They failed to apologize. Will not be purchasing anything from this store again.
