I have repeatedly received defective items with their orders, which has been an ongoing and frustrating issue. Despite multiple purchases, the quality has been inconsistent, and defects appear far too frequently to be acceptable. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and has significantly impacted my confidence in their products and quality control.
When I bought a vanity desk I had asked if they could find me a lighter colored one. When I tried to see if they could replace the one I got, they gave me a used one that had chip marks, sun damage, and weird wood markings. I will never shop here again. edit: Contacted CB2 and nothing could be done. Still very disappointed.
Extremely Disappointed (Misleading Promises and Poor Service) I am extremely disappointed with both Crate & Barrel and CB2. It said the worst customer service the worst employee people I called them. They hang up couple times and I went to the store. I wait more than 15 minutes to somebody help me. Nobody helped me to confirm the day for the Delivery I never gonna purchase again from this store with rude people
I had a wonderful experience with Celine Hua this past weekend. I am not an easy customer in that it's hard for me to visualize and make a decision. Celine jumped right in, took my measurements and very quickly entered my Living Room into the computer. Next, she put in the couch and showed us just how it would look in the space. Brilliant! Not only did she work very fast, she is such a sweet person, and there was no pressure at all about anything.
