Extremely disappointing experience with CB2. I purchased a rug and was originally told it would be delivered the following week. It wasn’t. Then the delivery was rescheduled for three weeks later. Today, I stayed home all afternoon specifically waiting for this delivery. Instead of receiving any communication or a clear update, the delivery kept getting pushed back, and I had to repeatedly call CB2 myself just to find out what was happening. Ordered 2 dining chairs from here, we ended up sending a truck to go pick them up and they gave them to us in the wrong color. We had to return the truck we had rented but once we opened the boxes we contacted customer support letting them know the chairs were in the wrong color. They said they can come pick them up a month later, and we would be reimbursed at that time. They delivered my white fabric chair with a huge stain. I took immediate pictures with the truck in the background clearly at time of delivery. They refused to put it on truck. I called customer service immediately and they promised a call back. Never heard back. I called back and they really don’t want to redeliver so they offered me 15% off, I couldn’t even get it cleaned for that amount. The delivery fee was $299 alone and it was terrible.
