A manager with no manners. If we have driven all the way a month later to check up on a refund, we do not want to hear “It was probably a pending charge” We obviously know how to use credit cards and look up charges. Stay away from CB2 and it’s sketchy credit card!! As a loyal customer who spent $10,000+ on CB2, I’m frustrated by its recent credit card transition from Synchrony to Imprint after spending another $5,000 recently. My auto-payment wasn’t set up with Imprint and I couldn’t activate the account, so I tried to reach customer service to make a payment but the sketchy Imprint never picked up the call and kept failing to verify my account. This store is weirdly unpleasant. Just bought a new house and came looking to buy furniture, and to specifically to look at some chairs I saw online. The only person to approach us tersely stated "we don't keep those in the show room" and practically ran away. Is there another CB2 that has them? Did that mean they are hiding some chairs somewhere else? Is there a design service so I can figure out if they'd fit my house? Who knows.
