I’ve always had a fantastic experience. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, supportive, and professional, making every visit a pleasant one.
If you want to be treated rudely and not helped in any way definitely the store for you. I'll stick to online purchases and returns. Never been treated so disrespectfully.
I absolutely love Cb2, and this review is dedicated specifically to the domain location in Austin! When I walked into the store the other day I knew exactly what I want and just needed to pay for it and pick it up, however none of the employees approached me to see what I need even though I was standing there looking at me for like 5min!
