Return was difficult
Bought a bed from here, 8 months later and it’s already falling apart. Expensive furniture, cheaply built. Probably will never buy something from here again.
Two bad experiences with this store. 1. Will not take your online return if you do not bring in original shipping box FYI. Will also have an incredibly judgmental attitude when telling you so. 2. If you are one minute late to your design appointment, expect to overhear them talking about how “late” you are with an annoyed tone. Not a great first impression when they are trying to persuade you to buy items from them.
A more modern version of Crate and Barrel. There were some really fun options. The table designs were really cool. I could tell the quality difference between the two but I’m sure every item is different.
