They charge 33% commission and only pay out at the beginning of the month. So if they collect on your behalf at the beginning of the month you now have to wait 30 days or more to receive payment! Not worth the hassle in my opinion!
I assume most people do not like finding themselves here, I know I did not. I am not leaving such a high review because I enjoyed being in the spot I got into; rather, I was extremely impressed by Andre, the man who helped me dig myself out. I have to admit, I was really scared of my situation, but he put me right at ease. I leave CB1 not only relieved everything is over, but that I was helped by such a kind young man. Thank you, Andre!
In Billings but they transfer you to a call center in India/Retardistan as soon as you give them any information. All to collect on something that was paid 6+ months ago. *Edit Wow really fast to answer a bad review, but you would have to actually return a phone call or not have a call center in another country to get actual information. No one in Montana wants to talk to someone in another country about collections or personal information. I shouldn't have to translate their broken English or take 15 minutes extra for them ... read more
We need Luigi Mangione to make a comeback, there's more work to do.
So thankful for Lily and her team!! They not only help me NOT get my checks garnished but to also figure out my money so I can do better. Always pleasant on the phone and in person. They really do want to help out so I would recommend not being afraid to call and talk to them. I was.. but Im glad I finally did it!
