These people are like vultures circling a dying animal. I was never notified for the date of my court hearing,so they got their judgement and I didn't get to attend. I had a $6,000 debt from a medical bill. When they got done adding fees and interest,it was $8,300.But they weren't done. I had it paid down to $3,100. and they got a new writ of garnishment and added $3,000 more in interest. I have called twice and requested a print out of all I owed and what they've taken. Stole money from tax refund. They took 2400 on a 1400 debt and lost the rest of the money. Never was contacted by them for said debt but has no problem taking money and then losing another 1000 of our return all while taking there’s. Will be contacting the police and cfpd… edit... No I do not have the wrong place. This is a debt collection place that steals money. I have the right place. :)
They charge 33% commission and only pay out at the beginning of the month. So if they collect on your behalf at the beginning of the month you now have to wait 30 days or more to receive payment! Not worth the hassle in my opinion!
I assume most people do not like finding themselves here, I know I did not. I am not leaving such a high review because I enjoyed being in the spot I got into; rather, I was extremely impressed by Andre, the man who helped me dig myself out. I have to admit, I was really scared of my situation, but he put me right at ease. I leave CB1 not only relieved everything is over, but that I was helped by such a kind young man. Thank you, Andre!
In Billings but they transfer you to a call center in India/Retardistan as soon as you give them any information. All to collect on something that was paid 6+ months ago. *Edit Wow really fast to answer a bad review, but you would have to actually return a phone call or not have a call center in another country to get actual information. No one in Montana wants to talk to someone in another country about collections or personal information.
