So thankful for Lily and her team!! They not only help me NOT get my checks garnished but to also figure out my money so I can do better. Always pleasant on the phone and in person. They really do want to help out so I would recommend not being afraid to call and talk to them. I was.. but Im glad I finally did it!

This people are rude! I called and asked to settle a debt then they said they will take no less than 300 a month. The lady made me not want to even pay it because her lack of compassion or professionalism. Then I call back asking for someone else to speak to and she is just as rude and even threatened me. I am very sad that I am having to pay them 3000 grand after they were nothing but rude.I wish I could just pay the orginal people because the 2 people I spoke to do not deserve to have anything from me making them look like... read more
I had clearly mentioned that I would contact them for payment once I found a new job. However, they took the money without reaching out to me or attempting to arrange further payments. At least it's paid now, so I won't have to deal with them again. I settled a bill with Cb1, but they claimed I still owed them for another bill. I clearly explained that I was starting a new job and needed to pay a few more bills before being ready to contact them.
