I have to submit this review because this team left me no choice. They came and spent a lot of the time trying to find the problem but forgot to take their testing equipment, so just talking and thinking. Then about 1.5 hours later when the equipment is finally arrived, it was very quick to spot the problem and fix it. Then they charged me three hours (including waiting they only did 2.5 hours). Very good service. Would definitely use again
Great service! I called about an emergency fuse box short circuit and they had an electrician out in under an hour. Craig, the electrician, was thoughtful, friendly, and chatty, he quickly diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be a dangerously poor DIY job done by a previous tenant or the landlord. The repair was handled efficiently, and the cost was very reasonable, especially considering this definitely needed a qualified professional to fix safely. Highly recommend, would definitely use again.
I've received great service from CB1 over many years, and all of the team are unfailingly polite, competent and reliable. Most recently I needed some urgent electrical and plumbing work, and they were able to fit me in quickly, liaise with my friends who were staying at the house, and do everything within just a few days. Can't recommend highly enough!
