Long Time Jiffy Lube Customer with multiple vehicles. Employees with less than appreciative attitudes for my business at yesterday's visit. Poor greeting and communication. When paying for " Full Signature Service" that means, providing all the services as stated, not some of them. I should not have to ask if something I am paying for is being done. Bottom line, No one wants to work hard anymore ! Thank you.
Former employee. This is the worst company to work for hands down, CB Squared Inc is going to be the downfall of Jiffy Lube.
Took my car to one of their jiffy lube locations in Fredericksburg va. Paid over $100 for an oil change. They drained my oil and never put any back in. My engine is now fried and they are refusing to take responsibility. Left ME with a $9000 bill
After going in to the Mechanicsville location for what should have been a routine would change the technicians destroyed my transmission and are refusing to perform a proper investigation into what went wrong or accept any responsibility for their errors. This is an absolute HORRIBLE business and I would never recommend their services to anyone. They owners lie and so do the district manager, they destroyed my vehicle and left me with a $7,000 bill.
