This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had getting my car's oil changed. The gentleman who helped me was helpful, knowledgeable, professional and considerate. He was a good example of what customer service should be. It didn't take long at all before my car was finished, and he even fixed my glove compartment. My granddaughter also got an oil change for her car, and was surprised that her car was ready so fast. Luckily, there were coupons that helped with the price. I'm glad I went there today!
This was my first time at this location and the staff was great! Broadie explained everything that needed attention now, and what could wait for a month or so. Thank you!
The guys at Pouncey Tract Rd are EXCEPTIONAL- very professional and conscientious. I came close to closing on March 18 , but they completed my oil change with a smile . These employees should receive a raise : John J, Ferguson Z & John T. Thank you for your STRONG work ethics
