This review is about the experience I had after getting my car towed with Colliers Towing, where the address to pick up your car is 1530 Viola Way. I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. When I called, the woman on the phone was extremely rude to me. I tried to ask her some questions about the details of the tow, and she talked over me and then HUNG UP on me. Useless company!
I have been towed by colliers once and this is not where my issue lies. I deserved to have my car towed because I knew I was parked illegally and took the chance. The reason I am writing this review is because after witnessing some of my friends being towed at their places of work due to alternative parties owning spots in certain business (unmarked, and these businesses were where my friends worked) the employees were quite callous and short with us as we attempted to pay our dues.
