Just bought a property that the trees were very overgrown around the house. They got to me quickly for a great price and did an outstanding job. Plenty of heavy equipment to take care of some large trees high up. They cleaned up and hauled away the branches and left the house looking great.

I recently had sod installed in my front yard by these guys... They did an AMAZING JOB!!!!! I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. The work was completed in a timely manner and was affordable. If you are even considering upgrading your property/landscaping then you need to reach out to them.

Installation of lawn sprinkler system has not gone well. Water leak, internet line cut. Follow-ups have been delayed. Payment accepted, follow-up customer service slow. very disappointing. happy to revise once problems are corrected.

I had a tree problem at my property and my HOA Company was ready to fine me for having a tree fall. I called around to several companies and was shocked by the cost of simply cutting down 3 trees and removing 4 trees. CB Property Maintenance LLC was more in line with what I would have expected the job to be and I will hire them again in a heartbeat. If you are looking for quick, complete, professional and reliable service, give them a call. I have already referred them to someone else needing a tree removed.
