Took my car into be repaired , after being diagnosed and having to pay for this pleasure and being in the garage twice and for 5 days , and still not repaired so have now taken my car to another ford garage , very hostile manager and staff , customer always wrong in there eyes , avoid as much better and friendly garages around that give much better customer care and actually fix the problem..

Really disappointed by our local garage, quoted an extortionate price to repair/replace the turbo (£3.3k) and to make matters worse than proceeded to complete a “health check” with a further £1500 worth of repairs including tyres, this was completely unnecessary to quote given the shock of the turbo cost alone. I subsequently have had the car recovered to another garage for a second opinion and it has been fixed for hundreds rather than thousands. Big “thank you” to the men in the tyre shop tonight that took a look at my Yeti front wheel even though they were done for the day!! Gave me the piece of mind that I’d get home okay. Will be certain to return when I need my tyres replaced.
Excellent service from booking car in for MOT to collecting it. Communication from both Chloe and Martin was both efficient and friendly. Will be using again !!
